Calendar used in most parts of the world. Represents time intervals using as unit of measure the second (with arbitrary decimal precision) along with some time-dependent multiples (hours, days, months, years). It has as reference (epoch) the traditionally reckoned year of the conception or birth of Jesus. Multiples of seconds (hours, days, months, years) have variable length in terms of corresponding seconds, due to the need to align those multiples to different natural phenomena (specifically Earth's rotation and revolution cycles).
