The abstract dimensional space corresponding to the elevation subdimension of space, i.e. the relative distance from the surface of the Earth (considered here with a broad meaning, e.g., sea-level, atmospheric pressure, or spheroid based). Usually used to compare points and regions placed on the Earth surface or relatively close to it. It includes every elevation region, no matter how it is defined.
